The Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance is preparing to open the first of 8 apartment buildings for low-income families in Immokalee.Tammy Richelieu, Chief Development Officer for the Alliance, will talk about this exciting initiative and about the struggles of Immokalee residents to make ends meet. As a bonus, Woodelene Pierre, a BVF Scholarship Recipient, will talk about her work with the Immokalee Foundation helping young people in Immokalee prepare for careers.
