Wayne Antworth
President

As President, Wayne leads the Board of Trustees in overseeing the governance and mission fulfillment of the Foundation. His responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations and guiding the executive and standing committees in executing the Foundation’s strategic goals.

Wayne has directed development and fundraising initiatives and served as President for two nonprofit foundations. He spent over 19 years as the Director of Communication and Development, and later as President of the Reformed Church in America Foundation. Wayne also held the role of Vice President of Philanthropy and President at the Guideposts Foundation. Additionally, he served as Pastor at congregations in Denver, Colorado; Kuwait, Arabia; and Madison, Wisconsin. He also worked as Minister for Stewardship, Special Gifts, and Administration at the historic Marble Collegiate Church in New York City. Wayne’s leadership experience extends to his service as President and Board member of the Cypress Hammock Board at Shadow Wood for three years.
