Bill Welbourn
Vice President

As the Vice President, Bill is a member of the Foundation’s Executive Committee and supports the work of the Bentley Village Foundation President. He also oversees Insurance and Investment matters as a member of the Finance Committee.

Bill worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the aviation division of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, responsible for the Americas. He also served as the General Aviation study group chairman of the International Union of Aviation Insurers and the Underwriting Director of the Aviation Insurance Association. His background includes HOA board positions and volunteer tax assistance work for the Internal Revenue Service’s VITA program.
